Our capital partners platform invests in real estate opportunities with an initial focus on acquiring sustainable hospitality assets in core UK cities. It is designed to accumulate capital commitments from a selection of nimble, like-minded, sophisticated investors. Our focus is to deploy capital into selective value-add real estate strategies running from £10-50m. At the heart of our strategy is the delivery of net zero carbon real estate portfolios, implementation of smart technology and data analytics to achieve operational efficiency.
Our advisory platform focuses on asset-backed transactions in excess of £100m, with a focus on complex origination and capital advisory mandates for leading real estate private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, family offices and entrepreneurs. We are well versed in originating transactions, as well as introducing the capital stack and operational partners required to execute those transactions between £100m-1bn. We combine our market-leading capital advisory capabilities with best-in-class transaction management experience and deep industry knowledge, which we leverage to unlock and execute opportunities for clients with superior, risk-adjusted returns.

Formerly the Head of Origination & Debt Advisory of a leading US law firm’s Special Situations team, Ashley has advised on several billion pounds worth of CRE transactions across an array of asset classes, geographies & capital structures.
Acting as the CEO across the Millemont platform, Ashley champions sustainability initiatives and looks to systemically integrate best practices across all investments, stakeholder relationships and advisory mandates.
John is an experienced deal maker and eminent adviser as a partner of international law firm, Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner and its predecessor firms for nearly 35 years.
John played a pivotal role in the successful growth of BCLP as global head of the corporate practice between 1996 and 2013. Although John advises across sectors, in his focus on real estate and other alternative assets he is a trusted commercial adviser across the capital stack to owners, operators, managers and innovators. John is the Chairman of the board across the Millemont platform and oversees all investment and advisory activities of the group.
Previously a real estate finance lawyer in a leading US law firm’s Special Situations team, Demeter acted as lead counsel, transaction manager and primary client contact on several billion pounds’ worth of complex UK and cross-border transactions.
Demeter acts in his capacity as general counsel for Millemont and also provides legal, structural and execution expertise for both the capital partners and advisory businesses.
